For new users, the following instructions will help get you started using the EFT Reader.
To install EFT Reader
- Navigate to this web page.
- Choose the latest version of the EFT Reader installation file (*.msi file extension).
- On the product page, provide your basic contact details and submit your request to receive the EFT Reader installation program. These contact details allow our support staff to verify basic features of a person's identity, and communicate with you in future (e.g., regarding new releases, maintenance of the EFT Reader database).
- The EFT Reader Product Manager will authorize your request, and you will be provided with the actual download link for the installation program.
- Execute the downloaded installation program, and follow simple on-screen instructions.
If you have any questions with these steps, please contact us. Once you have installed the EFT Reader on your computer, you will be ready to view EFT output shared in the public EFT reader database.

The colors represent indicator performance that ranges from poor to good. In the example below, red means poor performance, yellow means fair performance, and green means good performance. You can set your color preferences by selecting Preferences under the Edit menu.
- If you want to re-visit this combination of criteria later, you can save your EFT criteria as an EFT file (File | Save).
